- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Item must not be on the non-returnable list below

- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., in-ear headphones) once opened
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
