Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within Canada only
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large or high-value items
- Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date via our Contact page and we'll make it right.
