Standard Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from Cyber Store come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects
Hardware malfunctions under normal use
Faulty components or parts
Battery defects (within 6 months of purchase)

What's Not Covered

Physical damage caused by accidents or misuse
Water or liquid damage
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Normal wear and tear
Lost or stolen products

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 5–7 business days.
